Peach Perfect
Peach Perfect is a workout set to up-tempo music that focuses on strengthening the legs and glutes.
The workout lasts one hour and consists of a warm-up, peach perfect workout and cooldown.
There are two levels:
basic level is for beginners, next level is for advanced users.
You always bring a mat and booty band (only for advanced students).
Peach Perfect is weekly on Wednesdays
given by Liesbeth.


Powerdance Tielt
Powerdance is a full body energetic HIIT workout to pop music with a focus on strengthening the legs and glutes.
This one-hour outdoor workout consists of a warm-up,
powerdance and cooldown.
All you need is your enthusiasm and perseverance.
No specific level is required.
Powerdance is every week on Mondays
and is given by Liesbeth, Lien or Anouk.
Booty on the Move
Do you want to combine fun, sweat, fat burn and strong legs & a peachy booty?
Booty on the Move brings energetic Powerdance and Peach Perfect
(basic or next level) lessons come to you!
Ideal as an original team building, refreshing workshop
or as a boost for events.
These sessions are full of rhythm, power and shaping moves that ensure strong legs, a tight booty and above all: lots of fun.
